Booking a Hall

Below are the costs for 2009/10 that you can expect to pay depending on what you are going to use the hall for. Costs change yearly and relate to the Retail Price Index (RPI). You will need to pay a returnable deposit when you book.

Type of hall user	Cost (2009/10)
Commercial groups and organisations	£18.50 per hour £185 for a full day (costs change yearly)
‘Not for profit’ activities that are established by or for residents on the basis of an identified need or interest, for example: youth groups, resident participation meetings, mother and toddler groups and after-school clubs.	£10 per hour £100 for a full day (costs change yearly)
Use of rooms within halls as office accommodation	£8.50 per square foot (costs change yearly)
