Stop Press!

During the last few years the Federation of Enfield Community Associations and Enfield Housing Services have been working with Kempe Hall Community Association and its committee to develop a model lease that would be suitable for an community halls owned by Enfield to use.

Kempe Hall is the first hall to have signed this new lease and we hope the other halls will follow the example and sign up to the new lease shortly.

Kettering Hall and Aylecroft are currently negotiating with their relevant committees and will be the next ones to sign up.
